2nd and 7th Quarterly Count — Sabbath School & Church Attendance
Count taken at the beginning of the sermon on the 2nd and 7th Sabbaths of each quarter
  1. To assure accuracy, the church attendance should be counted twice per quarter; the count must be conducted on the second and seventh Sabbaths of each quarter. If a local church counts attendance at divine service regularly, it is the numbers of those present on the second and seventh Sabbaths that should be reported for divisional quarterly reports. Where two or more divine services are held on a Sabbath, the figure recorded is the attendance of both/all.
  2. The count should take place at the beginning of the sermon, and should be conducted in the same manner and at the same time on every occasion attendance is counted, to ensure accuracy and uniformity.
  3. This attendance count should include the total number in attendance including: all children (regardless of age), all adults, both SDA visitors, and non-SDA visitors. Everyone who is in attendance is to be recorded. This is to be an actual count, not an estimate.

Questions to Discuss at the Church Board
Optional — note any discussion points or answers to these key questions
Consider: Is there an increase or decrease since last quarter? Compare to a year ago. What has helped growth? How many non-members? What are we doing to disciple non-members? What does the difference between Sabbath School and Church attendance tell us?

I confirm that the statistical information submitted in this quarterly report is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge as the Church Clerk.
